With the shortage seen of electricians, both in Norway and in Europe we offer the option of assisting with achieving DSB permission for your electricians. The certificate from the Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning (DSB) is necessary to legally be employed in the profession as an electrician in Norway. If your company has electrician employed that does not have DSB then we can be of assistance in applying for this permission. You can also offer electricians that do not have DSB employment as assistants until the process is completed (6-8 months at the moment).

In order to obtain DSB qualifications, the following requirements must be met:
The employee must have a documented education/diploma: electrician, or electrician technician.
If the employee is from Poland they must have SEP or a professional license as an electrician in their home country.
Normally a min. of 2 years of professional experience (documented by references or work certificates) from current or previous / employers in the last 10 years after graduation.
